    • Program Summary

    The comprehensive accounts executive course is an intensive 450 hrs. program, which involves rigorous training in the industry designed course curriculum. The curriculum is designed in a manner which is practical & experiential in nature and introduces students to the requirement of the industry. The course comprises of 70% practical's and 30% theory with a mix of case studies from real life practice, practical & theoretical concepts , case based training /simulations ,analytical tools and the hallmark pedagogy of learning through hands-on and real-time simulations.

    Accounting

    • Commencing with foundational principles, terminologies, and concepts, the ADBAT program ensures a thorough grasp of accounting rules. Participants progress from +1 and +2 commerce basics through graduate levels, before delving into professional-level expertise during on-the-job training.

    • On-the-job training in a 14-month company accounts involving 900+ real documents (invoices, e-way bills, receipts, vouchers, tax challans, etc.).

    • Handling various complex transactions like credit/debit notes, cheque bounce memos, loan agreements.

    • Managing intricate transactions including loans, discounts, sales returns, and depreciation accounting.

    • Accounting for loan principle repayment, interest calculation, EMI calculation, and handling doubtful debts.

    • Accounting for various business types – Proprietorship, partnership, trading firms, service, and construction.

    • Formation/Amendment of business constitutions, adding business lines, new partners, and connected entities.

    • Conducting branch accounting & Integrated inventory accounting.

    • Introduction to AS7 construction contract standards, recognition of contract revenue using percentage of completion method

    • Analyzing financial statements, preparing cash flow, fund flow, ratio analysis, and studies on leverages.

    • Finalizing accounts – Preparation of trial balance, trading profit & loss account, balance sheet monthly (14 months) and annual finalization

    Our tailored simulation training in statutory compliance offers a secure environment for learners to master intricate procedures that might be risky or costly. Our G.S.T and I.T. simulation software replicates real scenarios from official Govt. of India e-filing websites. This hands-on experience enables learners to:

    • G.S.T.: Understand GST registration processes, gain experience in valuation of supply, determine net tax liability, set-off procedures of OPT with IPT through various GST forms like I, 2A, 3B and also generate e-way bills.

    • Income Tax: Draft and execute return procedures in ITR 1,2,3,4, ..., compute T.D.S & T.C.S.

    • As the final module of ADBAT, students receive fundamental training in essential soft skills and interview techniques during a concise session. This equips them with foundational interpersonal abilities and effective communication strategies to enhance their professional journey, focusing on success in job interviews.
